Turnley et. al. vs. Bank of America
May 2007 - A nationwide class action lawsuit filed by African-Americans Financial Advisors and Bankers against Bank of America alleging racial discrimination with respect to compensation, promotion, training/mentoring, resources, and business opportunities.

Cook et. al. vs UBS
In 2005, Major Khan launched the first race based class action against a major financial services firm, UBS. This class action alleged among other things that UBS discriminated against African-American employees with respect to hiring, pay and promotion.
Major Khan partnered with the law firm of Berger and Montague P.C. in launching this class action.
