Cadman et. al. vs. Bank of America
April 2008 - A putative class action filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of all California Mortgage Loan Officers employed by Bank of America during the class period.
The complaint alleges that Bank of America violated various California state laws including the California Labor Code and the Business & Professions Code by failing to reimburse its Mortgage Loan Officers for certain business expenses including cell phone usage, entertainment expenses and mileage.
